EF365 MAX
Max Class: Is Small Group Training for the advanced member
This class is seasonal based on our athlete's needs. It is designed for the advance athlete that has a baseline understanding of EF365 large group fitness classes. Knowing the verbiage/lingo is key.
This class is typically not "taught" by a coach, instead the creator explains & directs the class then we CRUSH the workout with you!
Participants understand Kettlebell basics, TRX basics, battleropes, plyo boxes, wall balls, row machines, barbell free weights etc. In general these people are comfortable working with any level of partner and independently with the push of other around them!

Sunday Afternoons: 3 pm BARBELL CIRCUIT [unless otherwise noted due to holiday's, major events or personal schedules]
This class is open to all EF365 members ONLY. Get ready for a fun yet intense muscle building circuit. You will be pushed beyond comfort in the most rewarding way. Class time will vary from 60-80 minutes a session. Class size is limited to 16 people due to type of intense lifting and equipment! When the Barbell Club is in session, capacity drops to 8 people as this cirucit class is included as part of the Barbell 8 week lifitng session.
Equipment utilized will be Oylmpic Free weights, body weight, kettlebells, plyo boxes, battleropes, pull up/chin ups etc.
Recommended personal equipment: Lifting belt, gloves and shoes are strongly encouraged
MAX CLASS COST: $5 Drop-in OR Punch Card: $49.99/10 class punch card.
