The EF 365 Team has been built of real people; athletic professionals from a variety of backgrounds and experience within the health and wellness industry. 
 Our coaches are trained in EF365 culture, expectations, equipment & class workout styles with the sole purpose of guiding members at any fitness level within the same class!  Our goal is to provide you with the attention of small group training within a fun energized large group setting.   
Rest assured, we are here for our team and our members.  Please let us know if there are questions or concerns you want to share. Ask questions and have patience with yourself. We each start somewhere.

- 12 Years Experience coaching large group fitness classes, including: Cardio Kickboxing, Strength & Endurance classes such as HIIT, Kettlebell Complexes & Circuit Training.  Trained utilizing equipment such as: TRX Suspension, Kettlebells, Heavy bags, Plyo Boxes, Battle Ropes, Body Bars, Row machines and more!
EF365 is my Full-Time passion.
