This is an Introduction to the program giving you details on what equipment you will need, how to take your measurements and snap your before photos and submit them! It does not include the workouts, you will get this sent to you via the JustCoach App


The focus of all our programs is two fold. Fitness & Nutrition Accountability!


Fitness goals is to improve both your muscular strength & strength endurance.  


Nutrition goals are to provide you education & tools to make all your hard work pay off in the mirror!


There is a deadline to submit your photo's to be in the challenge to win!


Our JustCoach App, this is where the homebase action is! You will access the written workout & workout videos here! Each week you will gain access to a new set of workouts, videos & a featured weekly recipe.  


Special Note: If you would like to participate in the strength fitness assessment for personal tracking purposes or for the brag title of "strongest". You are welcome to email me for an assigned time slot to come into the gym for the strength pieces.
