Barbell Club 8 week lift program
NEXT Session will begin Feb 2019, Sunday afternoon lifting trials weekly.
Small Group Lifting, 8 week sessions.
Groups of 2-4 people max. [4:1]
24 training sessions, train 3 times a week for 1.5 hours.
Mon/Wed Evenings: 7:30 pm or Tue/Thur Eveinings: 7:30 pm
AND Sunday Afternoons: 3:00 pm
Muscle Building Basics 
Equipment utilized will be bar bells, body weight, kettlebells, plyo boxes, battleropes, pull up/chin ups etc.
Recommended personal equipment: Lifting belt, gloves and shoes are strongly encouraged.
