I'm constantly researching, studying and practicing to stay abreast of what's HOT! You’ll experience different workouts that include equipment proven to change the body while balancing our fitness.
The EF365 Signature workouts stay fresh, fun & challenging, while preventing repetitive strain injuries & plateaus. I create a workout schedule that balances each fitness component with the recovery time necessary to maximize your results.
We are not just a "boot camp" that thrives on turn em & burn em and beat the "fit" into them... then, let's do it again! But, there is something to be said for a killer mini-challenge to re-boot, re-engage or re-focus on a specific goal! So heck yeah, we do that!
